These are fun for a picnic basket , aren’t they? I started Canning back when we lived in NYC and spent our weekends in our sweet little house in Chatham New York. Who knew that almost 40 years later it is still a big part of my life! If this interests (or confounds)you- I Highly recommend looking for Canning Classes in your area - especially near large Universities with Agricultural Schools! Learn to Preserve-You’ll never look back!
